The bonding process starts when your baby is in the womb and continues after birth. Remember that your baby is an individual and everyone is different, so take your time and relax.

Your baby may not be able to move around much or babble yet, but she or he is bonding with you through every touch, coo and loving look. Don't worry if at first you don't feel sure that you are really bonding. There are no rules. These easy tips will help you, so try to fit them into your daily routine:
- Hold your little one skin-to-skin.
- Look into their eyes.
- Talk them.
- And give them lots of cuddles.
