This formula change has made the cream worse!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I won't be buying the new vegan formula of Nivea Soft again because it is awful. Change it back to the old formula please. The old formula used to absorb quickly into my skin leaving it feel soft and refreshed. I used it every day for more than 2 decades without any issues. The new one does not absorb into my skin and leaves it feeling dry, red and blotchy. Why did you change it? You've made it worse!

Change it Back!
I actually came to the Nivea website hoping to find the original (non-vegan) formula, as I’ve seen many others share similar frustrations with the new version. I used the hand cream and body cream for over a decade and absolutely loved them, but unfortunately the vegan formula just doesn’t compare. I’m now having to look for an alternative, which is really disappointing after so many years of loyalty. It would be wonderful if you could consider bringing back the original formula, while also offering the vegan option for those who prefer it. The original hand cream was truly exceptional — nothing I’ve tried since comes close.

New formula terrible
Please go back to the old formula as the new Vegan one is thin and watery. I have used Nivea over 30 years and now used up all me old supplies New one is not the same at all.
