New formula
I’ve used Nivea soft on my face forever, my mum used to use it on me and I use it on my own children, however this new formula has made it unusable, it’s so thin, drying and feels as if it leaves a film on my face after. The complete opposite than it used to be, such a shame.

Terrible new formula
The new Vegan formula is terrible. It leaves my skin dry and like I need to keep putting more on. It does not moisturise. I have been using the old Nivea Soft for around 20 years and it was so much better. Bring it back!

Love my nivea
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Nivea soft for years. I have tried other products but they just aren’t in the same league. Subsequently both my adult sons use Nivea, my adult daughter and now my granddaughter. We all love 🥰 it.
