New formulb
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your new formula is absolutely rubbish compared to the old one it leaves a white cast and is oddly thick which defeats the title of it being soft

New vegan formula is a disaster.
Please bring back the old formula, the new vegan formula smells weird and is a nightmare to spread on large areas as it stays white forever. It's so disappointing to see a formerly great product take such a disastrous turn.

New vegan formula is awful
Nivea Soft was literally THE BEST moisturiser ever!! It was all I could use on my face. Now this hideous new version. Yuk. Smells weird, horrid texture, sticky, broke me out and broke my heart.
