Fake Reviews
Nivea clearly spent a lot of money in May 2025 to provide free samples in return for free 5 star reviews. If you remove these the product gets 1 star. Nivea is claiming they changed the product to be more sustainable and I’ve requested evidence to back this up (The US review site is even more explicit in the claims that need to be evidenced) The new formula is awful, it burns the skin, customers hate it, a big brand is trying to pull the wool over consumer eyes. We want the old formula back. Simple!

Let’s stop playing games
This reformulation is the worst business decision made. Nivea soft cream was once the best moisturising product. Unfortunately this is no longer the case the product dries skin rather than moisturise. It does more harm than good. PLEASE CHANGE BACK NOW! It will save you profits in the longer term. Products should be user centred this is NOT one. #whychangewhatwasnotbroken #whoaskedforthis

Disappointed
Used this for years. Suddenly found it to be like jelly that doesn’t absorb into my skin. Just leaves white sticky smears. Upon researching online for the reason, I discovered a formula change to a ‘New Vegan Formula’. Is there a non vegan formula available? I can no longer use this and am shopping around other brands to replace Nivea Soft.
