Nivea moisturising lotion
After 50 years of using Nivea I have had to change brands and am seriously not happy! Yet another company who has forgotten to include their customers in the decision making process. They should remember what happened to Coca Cola and Heinz when they made similar high level, strategic decisions! They lost millions and even though they bought the products back they didn’t regain their lost customers. Bad decision Nivea, we are not happy!

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!
I’ve been using the Nivea cream for more than 10 years, but the new formula is BAD!! It loose, runny and watery. Doesn’t hydrate like the old one does. So sad and disappointing.

Horrible new formula
I’ve been using this cream since I was a kid and it’s been absolutely brilliant but now the formulas changed and it feels awful!! So drying and sticky, it feels like I’m wearing a mask. So sad I’m going to have to find a new cream after all these years
