As a long term user the new formula is very poor, Nivea have just lost a loyal customer.

Vegan formula doesn't work
My go-to product for decades has now been banished to the bin. It's awful, feels waxy, makes my skin feel tight and basically DOES NOT WORK. It's awful and I certainly will never buy it again. So sad

Ghastly new formula
Purchased a couple of 500ml tubs a while back not realising they had the little words "new vegan formula" on the top. The new formula is horrible on the skin - it leaves a sticky residue that causes tightness and leaves my skin burning. What a waste as I can't use these tubs now. After nearly 3 decades of using Nivea Soft I am going to have to find an alternative that is kind to my skin - that is soft and easily absorbed. Not this. Please bring back the original Nivea Soft formula. Many other reviews say the same. Please do something! We can't all be wrong!
