Why change?
I have used this cream for many, many years. It was the best cream for my very dry hands. This new formula just makes my hands even dryer and sore. The cream is no longer thick and easily absorbed. It is like it's been watered down, and takes forever to rub in. Unless it reverts back to the original formula, they have lost a life long customer. Very disappointing.

Terrible new formula
We all applaud eco virtues but this new formula is sticky, doesn't absorb well and more importantly doesn't moisturise well! Very sad as have been a loyal customer for many years. Who tests these new products?

AWFUL NEW FORMULA
I am so upset that Nivea have changed the formula of this. I didn’t realise when I bought it (purchased online) but as soon as I opened the tub I could tell. It’s a different shape, feels sticky and artificial and actually dries my skin out rather than moisturising it. PLEASE CHANGE BACK. I will never buy this product again.
