Awful version
I have used Nivea soft for over 20 years and loved it, I can’t believe that it has changed, the new vegan cream is awful, really bad for my skin Please bring the original version back or give people the option to choose which one they want, you are going to lose so many customers if you don’t

My favourite moisturiser!
I absolutely love this moisturiser and use it on face, body and hands. I love that it is a vegan formula, I have sensitive and reactive skin and I get no irritation with this formula. Will keep re purchasing tubs of it!

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like some other reviews, I agree the new vegan version is nowhere near as smooth. Feels greasy and sits on top of the skin. I understand the vegan change but it's made such a huge difference. I think I will need to look elsewhere sadly.
